Acer Aspire 5920 Not powering ON

I have one laptop Acer Aspire 5920Z . When I switch ON the laptop not Powering ON .The battery charging indication is ok . I measured 5v 3v every this is ok i checked power switch voltage 3v is coming .what i do pls help me ...

Haz intentado encenderla directamente desde la motherboard?????
O haz intentado con otro boton???
Haz presión sobre el procesador antes de encenderla???
Prueba con otro procesador.................
